Dr. Scott Silverman excelled academically, graduating at the top of his class from Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges in California. He pursued further education at Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned both a medical degree and a master’s degree in Visual Psychophysics with honors.
Following his internship in internal medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Silverman completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Doheny Eye Institute at the University of Southern California.
Dedicated to specialized care, Dr. Silverman underwent subspecialty training in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at Texas Children’s Hospital and the Cullen Eye Institute at Baylor College of Medicine.
In 1995, Dr. Silverman became an integral part of Coastal Eye Institute, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence in eye care.
