Dr. Robert Sambursky completed his undergraduate degree at Brown University and continued his education by receiving his medical degree from Boston University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. After his internship at Mount Auburn Hospital in Massachusetts, he completed his residency at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, where he was selected Co-Chief Resident.
Dr. Sambursky received subspecialty training in advanced cataract and implant surgery, corneal transplants, external eye diseases and laser vision correction as a Cornea Fellow at the prestigious Wills Eye Hospital.
Dr. Sambursky joined Coastal Eye Institute in 2005.
